Every real estate company and architectural studio wants to give their clients the best quality of visualization. So do we. This is why we create a concept, a feeling for the customers.

 

In this post we may tell you some things that you already know, but also we will provide you with some new marketing strategies that have already started to work for some of our partners/clients.

 

Here are couple of cases in which 3D visualizations are needed:

1. A conceptual 3D visualization which will be used for marketing and advertising.
2. For a real estate company that wants to provide a concept/project of a few different types of designs for their project.
3. The 3D visualization will be used for personal portfolio.
4. The client needs a visualization for their own house/apartment or they want to get a basic concept of the project.

 

Marketing & Advertising

 

We had a project which was conceptual and it was going to be presented in front of investors. We had to create something catchy. Standard photo-realistic visualizations were not going to work very well. However, it`s not difficult to admit that realism is not that impressive. This is why we created the visualization below:

 

 

And again, this is not far from reality. It’s just the perfect day in the perfect weather at the perfect time. With some additional touches.

 

Real estate companies

 

We would like to give the best service to our clients, but our clients will always want more than what we always offer them.

 

Real estate companies are trying to show how their new building is going to look like from the outside. That actually was already done by the architects’ company that has created the project and was meant for the investor mainly. At the end we are having 3-5 visualizations of a few rooms that are going to maybe impress the end client that will buy the apartment/house.

 

Recently we have started to offer a new service to our clients. We have started creating a full idea concept for a whole apartment for our real-estate clients. Our experience in time in the sphere of marketing & interior design gives us the best product with which we can reach the end client. We create a presentation of a project for an apartment/house with a rough budget for an interior. We use original made products and materials that can be used in the implementation of the made project.

 

In order to present the new project /a new residential building/ realtors have to find a company that will make professional photo-realistic visualization, a company that will have to create the design of the site and eventually make it functional and a company that will maintain and optimize the same site. These costs a lot of time for meetings.  It would be really good if you can find a person or a company that can understand the best what you are aiming for and sometimes ask for advices for the architecture part or even maintain the project from the beginning? Personal portfolio

 

Visualization can be used for personal or company portfolios to present a project or a product. Unfortunately, here I cannot reveal you clear examples, but you will be able to see our portfolio.

 

In some cases, clients don’t want or need a perfect quality of visualization over 3000px, with a post-production and people inside the scene. This is because the visualization is for their own house/apartment or they want to get a basic concept of the project.  An example from our older project:

Probably you will admit that the first visualization is much better and attracts more attention. But it takes much more time to be created and costs more. So be sure that you are giving your clients what they need. Don’t try to sell them Porsche when they need a regular car. I will appreciate your comments and thoughts!
